Hi, my name is Kit and I have been the Head Chef at The Wellington Hotel in Boscastle, Cornwall for the last 10 years, where I have held a 2 AA Rosette for Culinary Excellence for the whole duration.
Prior to that I have worked and learned in many different 2 and 3 Rosette and Michelin Star Establishments in London and all over the world.
I get excited about using only the best ingredients, local produce and sticking to what’s seasonal. The best feeling will always be the great feedback from everybody around the table.
Being a Private Chef in Cornwall, I can now get this feedback even more direct, happy faces and empty plates.
When I’m not cooking, writing menus or finding my way around this computer, I dream of being a full-time triathlete. Swim – Bike – Run. But, as much as I love the sport, I best not put the knives away just yet!

Intimate
It's not just about taste. It's about the experience, the memories created and the journey we go through to create the perfect occasion. You can choose where, when and how you want the evening to look, sound and taste like.
Bespoke
I want to make the whole process as simple and bespoke as possible. We can discuss availability, location, menu ideas, allergies, preferences and pricing. Until you are happy with everything and we have found the perfect menu for you, you don’t have to commit.
Cost Effective
Eating out can be expensive. Especially once you add the beverages to the bill. With this private dining experience, you not only get exactly what you like, you don’t have to charge yourself the corkage. You might prefer to get your own beverages at a wine shop or brewery, or you can leave this to me!
